The Erimex SA range of cheeses includes both hard and soft, matured and fresh cheeses, from the delicious Buffalo Mozzarella to the very famous Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano. Different types of milk also differentiate the various types of cheeses, including cow, goat and buffalo milk.

Transport and logistics times in general are important factors for our cheeses, as they must be short to ensure maximum freshness so that customers can enjoy the expiry dates that are as far off as possible.
